Extending a pipe sleeve

Extending a pipe sleeve

Extending a pipe sleeve

(OP)
Hello all,
I need to extend a 3" schedule 40 pipe sleeve (wall thickness 0.216 inches).  This will involve chipping away the concrete around the pipe, and welding on a 4 inch extention.  We are doing this so we can pour a concrete curb around the extended sleeve.  How should the new sleeve be welded on?  Could I show a symbol for a square weld, and label it PJP with no size given?  There is no load on this weld, we just want the sleeve to be sealed.  Thanks!
