very soft and quite strong rubber/silicone/gel material

(OP)
hello everyone,
I'm new here, but I hope someone could give me some hints.
I need to find a material which has specific characteristics.

to give you an outlook on the approximate properties:
softness - durometer shore OOO - O range
application temperature from -40 to 80-90 oC (-40 to 180 oF)
tensile strenght - > 0,15 N/mm2
ultimate elongation - > 800%
compression set - less than 50 % after 24h at 90°C

I have some results with urethane systems, TPE materials etc. but none of them meets the cryteria.

I'll be very grateful for any sugestion and information.
