High Impact Polystyrene taste

(OP)
Does anyone know of a material similar to or a variation of high impact polystyrene that would pass a taste test and be FDA or NSF approvable?  The main concern is dimensional stability in the injection molding process.  The part is a flat disc with a slightly recessed center disc.

Check out a material called Isoplast by Dow Chemical.

I know what you mean about the styrene smell!!!
