I need to mate threads, outer with inner, both Cut-Sweep along a Helix on outer and inner cylidrical faces. Coincident does not work. Any idea how to do this?

Create a circle sketch on both and mate concentric.

I need a "real thread mate" meaning a full turn (360 deg)of one part in relation to the ather around their common axis should result in their linear move by the thread pitch. Neither tangent nor coincident of the corresponding thread faces worked.

Your links don't work.
Are you trying to animate the thds? Is it necessary to detail the thds?
Try add a temp axis thru the center.

Have you tried the Screw mate in the [b]Mechanical Mates[/]b section? It's not great for thread alignment but can usually be made close enough.

Perhaps you could use two configurations: one as a start position where the parts are constrained and aligned using the x,y,z planes, and a second configuration where those mates are suppressed and you use the screw mate CBL suggested.

maybe create an axis for both parts.  Mate the two axis coincident.  As far as the rotation goes... try the cam mate.  Also look into the screw mate as CBL mentioned... I have not used this functionality.  You may also be able to use a gear mate to simulate the rotation.
