Sample Insulation Coordination Study

Sample Insulation Coordination Study

(OP)
Does anyone have a sample insulation coordination study I could see?  I really don't want any proprietary information.  I'm really looking for a guide or sample document to go off of. I just want to formally document my decisions and would like a good example of a typical format for such a document.

Thanks.

I forgot to mention, this is for protecting a transformer.

RE: Sample Insulation Coordination Study

1313.2-1999 IEEE Guide for the Application of Insulation Coordination has examples that might be helpful.

RE: Sample Insulation Coordination Study

I think IEC-71-1, 2 mainly
"IEC 60071-2 Insulation co-ordination - Part 2: Application guide" may be interesting also.
