DIN 5480 shaft motor and hub fitting

(OP)
I have an hydraulic motor with shaft DIN 5480 W40x2x30x18x9g. I must make a hub that fit this shaft. I don't know exactly the specification I must give to the guy that will make the hub? Do N40x2x30x18x9H will be OK? I know that there is different tolerance class but don't know which to choose. What must I know to do the best choice? Do I must absolutely know the addendum modification of the shaft or this value is calculated with the W40x2... I don't have much experience with gear. Thank you for your help.
