JPEG 2000?

JPEG 2000?

JPEG 2000?

(OP)
The good news is NY State has uploaded the 2007 aerial photos. The bad news is they are in JPEG 2000 (.jp2) format. AutoCAD 2004 won't open them. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

RE: JPEG 2000?

Hi,

the CAD program for JPEG 2000 is Rasterdesign, and Map.
So I would convert the file with http://www.irfanview.com/

RE: JPEG 2000?

You s/b able to open raster files (images) with 2004 using the image manager located in the insert pull down menu.    Since the file exstension is .jp2 and not .jpg try the selection called "all image files" or "all files".
