volume assembly

volume assembly

volume assembly

(OP)
Hello!

I have noticed something when I was calculating the volume in the assembly mode..

I have actually couple of parts assembled and there are some of the part that merge into each other after giving mate commands.

I want them to be considered as on piece. I am not able to use the combine command in the assembly..

When I calculate the volume of the assembly It sums for individual parts irrespective of the interference. Is there any way that I can get the true volume of the assembly. Will interference detection help. Can someone explain...

Thanking you
Regards
kartik
