Orbital Drilling?

Orbital Drilling?

Orbital Drilling?

(OP)
One of our customers require that we don't break the edge prior to F.P.I on a hole therefore we must drill a burr less hole??? I came across Orbital drilling but have yet have enough information to use has anyone done it?

RE: Orbital Drilling?

No matter which way you cut it you will still have a burr, but I think that if you use the orbital drilling it will produce a much smaller burr
