CAESAR II is widely used in Russia.

Which Russian Code is equivalent to B31.3 ?
Russian standard RTM 38.001-94 is equivalent to B31.3.

Is B31.3 accepted in Russia ?
No.

Should CAESAR II be certified first in Russia / Kazakstan and by which authority?
No

Which CAESAR II version is certified and accepted in Russia ?
CAESAR II doesn't have any certificates in Russia (as well as in the whole world, except for Stoomwezen).

Does the calculations have to be submitted and checked by an certain authority ?? which one
Yes, but not always. Not all design companies submit the calculations to the authorities.
