Looking for Material Properties of A325M (Metric Bolts)

(OP)
Hello all,
I wanted to add a material to the database for ASTM A325M which is used for metric hex bolts.  I do not have a membership the ASTM site and Google did not return much useful info.  Anyone have a good site to get material specs from?
Thanks in advance,
BB

When you find the props you are looking for, you can send them to me and would like to add them to my database for all of you to share. Thanks.

You might also try the guys over in the Materials Forum, but we're generally smarter here.

RE: Looking for Material Properties of A325M (Metric Bolts)

I'm curious, why do you want the material properties of a fastener material.  The density of steel is basically the density of steel .282 lbs/in^3.  So your weights would be correct with any steel.  As far as the modulus of Elasticity and poisson ratio for stress and deflection analysis... I would expect that you are not using cosmos to analyze a screw.

Just curious what your application.
