simple one way valve

(OP)
Hi All. I am interested in simple one way valves ( such as the flapper type) . This is not my field but i wonder if this type would be suitable for use within a neoprene squeeze "bulb" ( like the hand squeezed blower used for dust removal- some have a nozzle). Would there any particular problems (robustness?) if used within neoprene? Id appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks in advance opticsman.

RE: simple one way valve

The general answer is 'no'. But if you are serching for advice on the best type of check-valve (non return-one-way valve) you will have to give full technical details of application and and process and your exceptations to lifetime and cost.
