(OP)
I would like to know web sites where to find information about micro abrasion wear test (ball cratering) and micro abrasion test apparatus. Test made in different materials.

Thank you

RE: ball cratering

I do not know if you mean brinelling or
fretting?

RE: ball cratering

This sounds related to the issue of lubricity of diesel fuels and similar.  There are plenty of web sites that discuss the HFFR and BOCLE tests.  There is a company in Chicago whose name escapes me for the moment, that makes the testing machines for these tests.
