Carrier -Maintenance Documentation

Carrier -Maintenance Documentation

(OP)
Somebody can help?
We have screw compressor water-cooled chiller agregate (Carrier 30GX 114), 2 units and we have operating problem with one unit. Here, in the middle of nowhere (Bosnia and Herzegovina), local Carrier official service is not capable of maintaining the machine. Now we are in the middle of dispute and production suffers. We (maintenance department) could try to do something ourselves if we had any documentation.
Question is: does anybody know how to reach detailed documentation for this machine. We don't even have flow chart! Expansion velve and some other elements of coolant cyrcle are of unique construction. Obviously Carrier based their support on good and responsive service. But in our situation, when we have bad service and every day is valuable, we would even take responsiblity to intervene ourselves, only if we had adequate documentation.
Any sugestion could be valuable!

RE: Carrier -Maintenance Documentation

Try the Carrier website, www.carrier.com.
