I'm looking for an simple solution (new hole) for a fork head drilling,clearance on one half / thread on the other side.
I have attached a part. ( My problem the clearance type has no          depth or end option) nx5.04

The 'shortcoming' in Clearance Holes, not having an Depth or Until Next/Selected option, has been addressed in NX 6.  However in the mean time (and YES, I know this is a kludge, but...) create your clearance hole first, then using Delete face remove the unwanted hole from one side of the fork and then place your threaded hole.  In NX 6 it will not be necessary to use this approach.

not fine to wait for Nx6 but new hole has a lot of a of advantages....

Another way is to make the inside faces your placement faces.
Do the clearance hole first, then locate the threaded hole off of the clearance hole.  This way, the clearance hole will cut through to the outer face of the tab, leaving the other tab intact.
