How to source the before motion from source file

How to source the before motion from source file

(OP)
Hi All

I want to source the custom procedure for before motion event.

I have sourced the TCL file, in which i have placed the new custom procedure for before motion, after placing procedure in before events, still it is not reading from the source tcl file

RE: How to source the before motion from source file

Are you trying to overload the MOM_before_motion procedure, or the PB_CMD_before_motion procedure?

In either case, I just tried this from a sourced file using the "Source Users's Tcl File" option on the Output Settings -> Other Options tab, and they both worked.

The sourced file must be in the ${cam_post_dir} folder, which is set by the UGII_CAM_POST_DIR environment variable.

If you're still having a problem, can you upload / attach the file you are sourcing?
