but on reference axis I can not move the origin of the fixed axis its locked...
the resize command was easier...

In the case of a fixed Datums Axis you can edit both the length and origin, so in that case, nothing has changed.
As for referenced Datums, since by Definition they were created relative to some other object, while you can change their size, the location/origin remains fixed relative to the referenced object, however the size/length can be edited, which was NOT possible prior to NX 4.
As for the Datum CSYS, if you wish to change the relative screen size of it, just double click the CSYS object and in the 'Settings' section change the 'Scale Factor' to the desired 'size'.
