Transformer OCPD Conditions

What's going on guys? Can anybody tell me what article in the NEC can I find about conditions like these:
1. you could locate your panel only a maximum of 10 ft. from the transformer if your panel is MLO.
2. if you put an OCPD in the secondary side of the transformer, you can locate your panel (swbd, mcc, etc.) over 25 ft.
3. you could locate your panel 25 ft. from the transformer if it has MCB.
