If something is an I/E Converter what is that?  P/E convertor? P/I Converter?  V/I Converter?  Also when it says that a motor is 230/460V, does that mean it can run either on 230 or 460V? I was looking at different transmitter types and I saw DP, Vortex, whats the difference?

If something is an I/E Converter
///Current I to Voltage E\\\
 what is that?  P/E convertor?
///Pressure P or Power P to Voltage E depending on the context\\\
 P/I Converter?
///Pressure P or Power P to Current I depending on the context\\\
  V/I Converter?
///Voltage V to Current I\\\
  Also when it says that a motor is 230/460V, does that mean it can run either on 230 or 460V?
///Yes, the motor will run on 230V and on 460V; however, the connection diagram shall be provided how to connect motor winding coils to have the coils connected properly and safely for the given voltage. Else, 230V connected motor coils will burn or trip breaker when connected to 460V\\\
 I was looking at different transmitter types and I saw DP,
///This could stand for Differential Pressure depending on the context\\\
 Vortex,
///It can be a flowmeter, e.g.
