Gas flow rate mesurement unit

Gas flow rate mesurement unit

Gas flow rate mesurement unit

(OP)
I have recently came across a gas flow rate mesuring unit I have never seen before. It is Bm3/hr. I was told this is a unit used by German and Dutch based companies. Can any one shed some light on this. Any conversion factors to Metric or Imperial units will be gretlt appreciated.

Regards
JSen

RE: Gas flow rate mesurement unit

I've been unable to find any information on it.  The only couple of references on Google to Bm3/hr seem to apply to a liquid fuel oil pump and they don't quantify what the units are for (the reference was pretty sparse).

We've also got some European people on this board and I noticed they haven't chimed in with any info.

RE: Gas flow rate mesurement unit

hi.
we have km3/hr(1000m3/hr) and Mm3/hr(1000*1000 m3/hr)the Bm3/hr may be (1000*1000*1000m3/hr),and it will be correct this unit if the flow rate is so high.
