source for small belts and pulleys

(OP)
I am looking for a source in the USA for .25 inch wide toothed pulleys and toothed belts to drive a .25 inch shaft on a 10 turn potentiometer for position of a multi turn shaft.  Rotation speed is less than .25 RPM.

Also looking for a belt that if cut and layed out flat would look like a 1/8th inch wide ladder with about 1/8th inch between the "rungs".

My 17 year old and rotten one is made of two wires with small crimps to join the two ends and the wires and are coated with plastic (almost like insulation) that has the plastic "rungs", and is about 4 inches long and green in color.  Mine has about 1 inch with the "rungs" gone.....
Thank you for any help!!!!! (I love this automated irrigation stuff!!!)

RE: source for small belts and pulleys

I would try posting in a different board that is more relevant. Maybe "Transmission, Driveline, Hybrid Drive engineering"?
