IDF Curves

IDF Curves

(OP)
Does anybody know of a source for IDF curves.  In particular, Albany, New York area?
With all the rain guages out there I would think data is availible to produce the IDF curves/tables to be used with the programs availible.
I have tried "surfing" the web but to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: IDF Curves

The formulas are contained in Federal Highway Administration HEC-12 "Design of Highway Pavements", Appendix A, you can get rainfall amounts from SCS in Syracuse.  They can supply by County.  I do not know of any computer programs to develop I D F curves, but there may be one out there. Hec -12 is still avaiable, as far as I know
