Are WTCA's TTT Worth While?

Are WTCA's TTT Worth While?

Are WTCA's TTT Worth While?

(OP)
I am a truss designer working for a company that is getting ready to open a truss plant.  I have over 3 years experience.  I will be training a new designer and hopefully hiring an experienced designer.  I am wondering if the WTCA's TTT (Truss Technitan Training) courses are worth investing in?  Having over three years experience, will I benifit, or will only the new trainee benifit?

Thanks

Choose a plate supplier that will pick up the tab for training software

RE: Are WTCA's TTT Worth While?

You will definitely benefit.

RE: Are WTCA's TTT Worth While?

I agree with Trussme68, you will definitely benefit. As a truss engineer, I've learned new stuff.  All the classes may not benefit you, but you should pick up something new.

RE: Are WTCA's TTT Worth While?

I run a truss plant with 15 designers.

Time in the trade runs from 1 to 20 years.

All are enrolled in the WTCA's TTT program.

It's a worthwhile expense.
