Does anyone know where the resultant load of a trapoziodal load dist acts from the support? This is a cantilver beam with the larger load at the support.

divide it into rectanges and triangles and figure it out that way.

You could divide it into 2 triangles.

divide it into a rectangle and a triangle, like csd says.  It will depend on the relative values at each end.
