Hi
any of you know how longitude and latidude in degree can be plotted in AutoCad or AutoCad land desktop for specific area. Here I am talking about Napa Valley, California. Please let me know

Do you have a point in your drawing of known latitude & longitude?  That would be a good start.
You can go from there using the approximate relationship- 1 minute of latitude is 6080 feet, and is [cos latitude x 6080 feet] per minute of longitude.

Depending on desired accuracy, Google earth might give you close enough results.

Are you sure your drawing is on an established, area-wide coordinate system?

Here's something describing a statewide system that Caltrans uses, might give you some ideas on further investigation.
