Admin Image on Individual Workstation?

Admin Image on Individual Workstation?

(OP)
Maybe a crazy/stupid question, but can an individual (networked) workstation be used as a "server" for an administrative image install? We're getting ready to upgrade to new machines, and it would be handy to be able to use one of them as a "server" to install to the others so we can possibly avoid having to involve IS. We would probably use my machine so that when I download new SPs they can be rolled out to everyone. Is this possible?

Thanks

Thanks, Jeff!

I finally found the sentence I was looking for on the SW site:

Quote:

You can install the administrative image from any computer on the network, including a client computer.
