O2/CO2 separation

O2/CO2 separation

O2/CO2 separation

(OP)
Is it possible to separate, by means of a membrane, 90 % of O2 from an exhaust gas stream containing 5 v% of O2 (balance CO2)? The stream contains vater vapour, the temperature is 5-30 C and the pressure is 5-20 bar?

Is is possible?
If so, suggest supplier of membrane module?
What is a typical pressure loss in the membane module?

best regards

RE: O2/CO2 separation

(OP)
I am also looking for a membrane that can produce clean CO2 out of my exhaust stream.
A good CO2 peferential membrane can be of interest in this case.
I want to produce my own CO2 for purging. Only 1-3 Nm3/h needs to be produced.
Best
Jost
