What is the best way to model a new water line tying into an existing one using Watercad by Haestad. If I have a line
pushing a 110 psi, how can I simulate a 110 psi entering
the new system. Also, how do I add the neccessary chemical
properties to the pipe to run a quality analysis. I don't need a full blown essay answer. I just need to know if
a biologist would give me the chemical properties or is
it usually tested by an engineer?

ok, here is the short answer you wanted:

No, a biologist won't be able to help you.

Sounds like a simple fluid hydraulics problem (routine sizing of pipes and pumps and valves and the like).  I have been using PIPENET software for that (sure beats manual calcs), and can't comment on details of Watercad, or even if that is hydraulic analysis software.  If it is, try checking the user manuals, or have a mechanical or chemical engineer calculate it for you.
