Trimming

Trimming

(OP)
Hi,

I wonder if its possible to trim a curve in a way, that part of the curve stays construct and the trimmed part changes to reference.
Thanks
Vit

I am using NX 4.04

RE: Trimming

Vit,

I think what you want to do sounds like what can be found under settings pull down in curve trim. You set the output to associative and the input curve to keep in NX-5, or retain in NX-4. The original curve will afterward be displayed in dashed lines.

Best Regards

Hudson

RE: Trimming

You could just divide curve by bounding curves and then change the object display of the curves as desired.
