Post-Installed Flush-Mounted Anchors in shallow concrete

Post-Installed Flush-Mounted Anchors in shallow concrete

(OP)
I need to locate an ACI 355 approved post-installed anchor that works at shallow embedments (2" say) and has a head configured for flush-mounting.

Hilti and Simpson's reps tell me that these flush-mounted anchors are not their best sellers, so they are at the back of the line for getting ACI 355 testing.

The requirements of ACI 318 Appendix D are new to us Californians and we are having major problems with getting equipment/shelving anchorage through building departments.

Any help would be appreciated
