How to calculate pressure or lateral load on a structural in canal

(OP)
i am doing a design for a temporary structural in a canal. The infomation i got is just the wide and depth of the canal and the flow velocity. How to calculate the pressure or force on the structural? Any formula for it?
For information, the size of canal is 20m x 5m(depth) and flow velocity is 3.o m/s. The structural in it is built by UB 305x165x40kg/m.
Thanks.
