Pipe anchoring

I'm trying to find any design info on anchoring an HDPE pipe along the bottom of a small stream.  This is an existing installation that had concrete collars set on top of the pipe.  They have started to be removed by the hydraulics of the stream and need a retrofit.  Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Pipe anchoring

Plastic Pipes for Water Suppley & Wastewater Disposal by Lars Eric Janson covers the design of such blocks. This book is sometimes available from your PE supplier.

Also Drisco pipe had technical notes on the use of concrete blocks on their PE. I think Phillips use another trade name for their PE.

Thanks everyone.  That is exactly what I was looking for.
