  I'm developing a program that make the calculos for a lot
of type the insulation. Do you know that the ASTM C680 have
any formula to calculate the time for the equlibrium for an insulation at the ambiental temperature until the the equilibrium of cold face.

Not sure what you are looking for.  You would have to buy a copy of the ASTM standard.  I don't have a copy of it.

Are you thinking about the time required for a body to cool to a certain point when covered with insulation?  This would be covered by Newton's law of cooling.
