How to make a helical spring

I am new to SolidWorks, and I need to make a Helical Spring in version 2007. I am almost there, but I am a step or two away. Any help would be awesome.

Thank You,

Yancy

Also, do a search here for 'helical spring'. Lots of threads on this subject.

Mcmaster Carr also has a few examples that you can download in native SW format...
