Mechanical construction estimating

(OP)
I have just been thrown into mechanical construction estimating. My background is civil & general building estimating.
I would like any input as far as mechanical material pricing (state of Washington) that is available on the internet as well as
any labor productivity information. I have the MCAA labor estimating manual.

RE: Mechanical construction estimating

Not sure if this will help but 'Means Estimating Books' as a search on google should help.

We used these books for our small mechanical company.
