HVAC installation in paraffin production plant

HVAC installation in paraffin production plant

HVAC installation in paraffin production plant

(OP)
What kind of proof we need to apply in construction of HVAC system in paraffin production building (industrial)?
Paraffin particules casuse demage of filters and settle on elements of AHU and other. Is any manner for dispose of paraffin from air befor a inlet ?

RE: HVAC installation in paraffin production plant

You did not mention what particulate size you are dealing with.  But you might take a look at a roll filter type system for heavy particulate concentrations for a pre-filter before the air handler inlet.

I've used these in quite a number of applications including cotton mills (air borne cotton dust) and commercial laundries (lint collectors).

RE: HVAC installation in paraffin production plant

You didn't give many specifics of your application, but if you anticipate that the paraffin is going to be an issue, I would consider not returning the air to the AHU.  I would fully exhaust the space(s) and use 100% OA for make-up.  This would also be beneficial if odor is an issue.

Also, did you look at reducing the quantity suspended in the air?  Maybe look at local exhaust / hard wall containment at the point of particulate generation.
