Creep Properties of INCONEL 182 Welding Electrode

Creep Properties of INCONEL 182 Welding Electrode

Creep Properties of INCONEL 182 Welding Electrode

(OP)
I am having difficulty finding creep properties for INCO 182 weld electrode or an "equivalent" base metal (INCO 600) etc.  I am a mechanical engineer and have limited material knowledge.  I have found some published data at special metals for rupture strength of the weld electrode.  This information is helpful but is only part of what I am looking for.  Ideally, I am looking for stress at various secondary creep rates (%strain/1000hr) for this particular electrode or comparable base metal.  If anyone has any suggestions/sources I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

RE: Creep Properties of INCONEL 182 Welding Electrode

This data can be found in the Wiggen data sheet for 182

ijzer,

Thank you or the quick response.  I am not familiar with this type of data sheet.  Is this data available on the internet?  For purchase?  I have performed a google search on wiggen data sheet and was unsuccessful in finding any matches.  If you could point me in a direction to a source for this data sheet I would appreciate it.  Again, thank you for the response.

Thanks,
Mark

RE: Creep Properties of INCONEL 182 Welding Electrode

My wiggen datasheets are 25 years old but Wiggen is now SpecialMetals.
Go to their website and download the datasheet for inconel 600. On the last page you find creep data for weldmetals.
