DUPLEX VALVES

DUPLEX VALVES

DUPLEX VALVES

(OP)
Can anyone suggest a quick valve manufacturer of E series valve 8" 300# C/S Ebonite liner?
the valve must be suitable for seawater with operating lifetime, minimum 6 months. i can not find it with the delivery time less than 4 months and i need asap.

RE: DUPLEX VALVES

exactly the description of the valve is:
8" butterfly valve through bolt lug wafer type, CL300. RF std fin. cast steel body ASTM A216 Gr. WCB, with fully elastomer lined

RE: DUPLEX VALVES

troublefixer,
what do you mean with "E series"?

Why there is "Duplex" in the subject and the valve you require is in WCB? Is it possible to take into consideration material selections different from ebonite-lined carbon steel?
May be Duplex (J92205 or similar), Super-Duplex (S31803 or similar) or Aluminim-Bronze (C95800 or similar)?

In addition, is a "standard" butterfly valve acceptable? Or an high-performance one (HPBV) may be better? Would a triple-offset metal seated be too much?

Hope this helps,    'NGL
