Cleaning canola sieves

Any suggestions for dissolving or removing canola oil/dust buildup on woven wire cloth would be appreciated. Wire cloth is mounted on wood frames, so remedies using excessive water are inappropriate.

hi,

I'm experimenting with canola oil as an engine lubricant.

I was wondering what the screen is for, and how
the canola got onto the screen.

Have you tried Canola , itself on a rag may disolve the build up
of dust, and a tooth brush of course.
