INVENTOR -using Drive Contraints on subassmblies used in main assembly

(OP)
Is there a way to modify drive constraints on an assembly, when that subassembly is used in a upper-level assembly?

Once I place an assembly into another assembly, I can no longer access its drive contraints. I have to open the original assembly, change the drive constraint, reopen the main assembly window and click UPDATE on the main assembly.

Is there a way to access drive constraints from the main assembly without opening each subassembly?

RE: INVENTOR -using Drive Contraints on subassmblies used in main assembly

You can make the first subassembly "flexible" in the top level assembly. This can allow you to place constraints to it in the top level assembly but not effect your subs drive constraints.
