Static grounding of process vessels inside building

Static grounding of process vessels inside building

Static grounding of process vessels inside building

I do not have access to API RP2003 and am wondering if anyone knows if it is acceptable to have vessels housed inside a building grounded through the building's skid.  Two corners of the building have ground cables and each vessel is either welded or bolted to the skid.  Any info appreciated.
