i welded a flange on each end of sch 160 6 inch pipe and after stress relief it must have twisted. the holes are off by about 1/8 inch. is there any way to fix it without cutting off 1 flange. maybeheating it up and trying to twist it back

I'm assuming these are ANSI flanges, therefore your bolts should be 1/8" smaller than the hole diameter, giving you 1/16" at each end.  Is there still not enough play to make up that 1/8"?
