need 17-4PH Fatigue Data

need 17-4PH Fatigue Data

(OP)
Hello. I need fatigue data for 17-4PH. So far my efforts through my organization have produced zilch. Any recommendations on who out there would have this type data? Thanks.

TVP, thanks for the reply. I always keep that big fat binder at arm's reach, and had already checked it.

I also have

DOT/FAA/AR-MMPDS-01, " Metallic Materials Properties Development and Standardization (MMPDS)"

as a softcopy (-5's replacement)

unfortunately the both too often don't have the specific data I need, especially dealing with fatigue. I just wish the designers would keep that in mind when they select materials.  They should be prepared to provide ALL info on the material selected, but don't do it too often. I rant....

RE: need 17-4PH Fatigue Data

What kind of fatigue data are you looking for?  MIL-HDBK-5 and MMPDS both have info in 17-4PH.

Looking for the S-N curves for cast, H1100, unnotched.

Or the run out/endurance limit stress levels.
