Adapter 1/2"-20 UNF to 1/2" NPT?

Adapter 1/2"-20 UNF to 1/2" NPT?

(OP)
Could anyone, please let me know where I could find out the above adapter either Brass, Aluminum or SS material?

Also, any suggestions on a good vendor of sight glass/liquid level gauges?
The liquid is H20, T~68^F, Pressure < 20 psi.

I checked out McMaster-Carr (e.g. part 3280k49), Grainger but they do not have exactly what I need.

Any comments are more than welcome.

Thank you in advance!

Are you making a mechanical connection, or a fluid connection?  I'm guessing mechanical...for a pneumatic actuator from a certain German company...we usually go have our adapters for those custom made by a local machine shop.  We probably have a few spare parts lying around the shop, but don't know if their particular sex is what you want (male/female threads?).  Try asking via email at service "at" flowcontrol "dot" com, ask for Joel, don't tell him I sent you 'cuz he's pretty busy :).

Thank you much Btrueblood!

The adapter is for a liquid-level gauge (sight glass) which has these 1/2"-20 UNF connections. The sight glass will be installed on the break tank (open to atmosphere), approximately 60" H.

I briefly checked out John C. Ernest web page, it seems that they could have something better.

Once again thank you for the help!

Um, sorry, we don't have any fluid fittings around with straight threads (realized you were looking for a fluid after looking at the McMaster part, but after sending the post); but you should be able to find them...I think...

Sounds like you are going to find a gage that fits what you have, much better idea :)

Thank you once again Btrueblood for help!

We will go with one of John C. Ernst liquid-level gauges.
