Looking for thermally conductive adhesive

Looking for thermally conductive adhesive

(OP)
I need to place a metal cylinder (1" dia x 10" long) insider another metal cylinder. I am looking for a rigid, thermally conductive material to fill the gap. I found boron nitride filled epoxy is the best among epoxies. Can I buy this epoxy and add additional metal particles for even better heat conduction?

RE: Looking for thermally conductive adhesive

Why not weld or braze the joint?

Does it need to be electrically insulating?  If not, then metal-filled epoxies should work better than the BN filled epoxy.  Talk to www.MaterBond.com
