Hi All

How to force output of Spindle speed and  M_spindle (S M03).

I have 3 instance operation, only in the 1st operation i am able to trigger S M03 output by adding in initial move,

and after adding in the first move also there is no output of S M03 in rest of instanced operation.

RE: How to force output of Spindle speed and M_spindle (S M03).

Hi, look I´ll tell you the way I´ve found.
In the post builder when you create the command line, in the S and M variable, right click on it and choose "force output" from the menu. It´s ensure you that "S" and "M03" are in your postprocessed program.
Try it and edit the program and tell me.
Good luck!
