Short-cut menu won't re-size

Does anyone know of a way to manually force the short-cut menu window to re-size? Registry edit somewhere ?

When I customize my short-cut menus, -(part or assembly)-  it will not let me drag it left or right to re-size. It only continues to grow vertically.
I just upgraded to sp 3.0 hoping for a fix - no deal.

RE: Short-cut menu won't re-size

Are you talking about the "S" key shortcut menu?  Did you try to drag it up or down?

Correct,  the "s" short-cut menu will not let me drag it-- any direction, to re-size.

RE: Short-cut menu won't re-size

I have encountered the same problem on SolidWorks 2008 SP1.0, we are hopefully upgrading to SP3.0 shortly.

The only solution I have found for now is, just deal with it.

Either way you look at it, it's still much faster than having to navigate "all the way across the page" to get the correct tool -

thanks anyway for the responses

Solution found :

I moved the SW application window onto my second monitor.

Then opened a new assembly document.

Used the "S" key to bring up the short-cut toolbar...

RMB to "customize", and it will let me "resize".
