It's not free, actually 88$ for one sheet or you can get a guide line to set up your own and become expert of this thing.

Profis Anchor, Hilti, does calculate in a number of different codes, including Appendix D.
Why are you being lazy about it? If you researched a little you could get exactly what people have given you here already.

There are two different anchor programs on the website. One that uses the traditional ASD method, and a second that uses an Ultimate Strength Design using Appendix D.
