sizing psv for expander

(OP)
Guys,

I have request from the client to perform PSV for Expander which is simply piece of pipe larger diameter downstream of the high pressure vessel filled with gas.

My question is should I make psv sizing calculation for this expander with size 1,5mm x 25mm as I have already sized the PSV for upstream high pressure vessel?

any thoughts/comments very much aprreciated.

RE: sizing psv for expander

NO (with  the information you have provided).

RE: sizing psv for expander

It's difficult to say what physical configuration you should size it for without knowing what the relieving conditions are.
