Duct passing through freezer wall - thermal break

Duct passing through freezer wall - thermal break

(OP)
Any recommendations on thermal breaks for ducts passing through freezer walls?  I have a -25 deg F freezer in which I will be installing desiccant dehumidifiers.  I will be ducting reactivation air in and out of the freezer and passing through the adjacent 70 deg F space to the outdoor.  My inlet air will be ambient as high at 95 deg F, and I don't yet know my outlet air temp.  I am thinking it will be around 200 deg F.  I'm trying to get in touch with the manufacturer (Munters) to get a recommendation on material, but I am suspecting they will suggest sch 80 CPVC.

Even assuming plastic, I will need some form of thermal break in the duct, correct?  I will be insulating the duct, of course.

Any thoughts or recommendations on passing through the freezer wall?
